We are delighted to have presented our future project, Juliet, to residents on Wednesday 28 June 2023.<\/p>\n
Almost a year ago, we purchased the FIAT site located at 770 Chauss\u00e9e de Louvain, in Schaerbeek, in partnership with the Brownfields group.<\/p>\n
From the outset, we wanted to transform this site into a mixed-use development project comprising retail units, residential units as well as a facilities and productive activities area. After several months of consideration with different engineering consultants and two architecture firms, our team is now able to present a project outline to residents in order to hear their views and needs, before submitting our planning application.<\/p>\n
